Women ride the Blues - Novice

If you'd like to try the blue trails at Haldon Forest Park, but lack confidence or would like company, this is the ride for you. Led by British Cycling accredited mountain bike leader Cathy Debenham, this will be a gentle introduction to the blue routes, with plenty of tips to help you build your skills and grow in confidence.

To come on this ride you must be confident riding a bike on the road or wide forest tracks. You will need a mountain bike (hybrids are not suitable) and a helmet that fits properly, has a CE mark and is in warranty. Bikes and helmets are available for hire at Forest Cycle Hire (this is not included in the price).
