Join our mountain bike rides for women during Heath Week

The Pebblebed Heaths, more commonly know as Woodbury Common, are one of the jewels of East Devon and a wonderful playground for mountain bikers. There's a bit of everything. Great views, wide easy paths as well as swoopy singletrack, woodland, heathland, stiff climbs and fun descents, plus the magnificent Iron Age fort of Woodbury Castle.
All this is celebrated in Heath Week from 23 - 30 July 2017. This week of activities celebrates the beautiful heathland landscape of East Devon. Whether you enjoy wildlife, history or getting active in the outdoors there is something for everyone!
And, of course that includes mountain biking.
I'm delighted to be leading two mountain bike rides for women during Heath Week. On Tuesday 25th evening I will be leading an intermediate ride with plenty of singletrack. On Sunday 30th I'm leading a more gentle ride, which is suitable for people who want to try mountain biking for the first time. To take part must be able to ride a bike on the road and have a reasonable level of fitness. Helmets are compulsory and you must have a well-maintained mountain bike.
The cost is £7 per head for a two hour ride. To find out more, or to book a place on one of the rides, contact Cathy Debenham by email or ring .
